If MAC came to Stardoll...

So, I was practising my graphic skills (which I'm still developing) and I thought about making the MAC store on stardoll, kinda like SEPHORA.

It's no finished, but what do you think of it?

Basic make-up for under 20 SD

In this post, I'm going to tell you about basic make-up you NEED (in real-life and on Stardoll). Here's a picture of my medoll with the basics:

                                                                                                                            Make-up used:

She's weraing:

1) Black mascara (lengthening and volumizing)

This is a must for having long lengthy lashes.

My real-life favourite is Benefit BAD gal lash, it gives the most amazing volume and doesn't clump.

2) Liquid eye liner

This is not a must for real-life, because you can also use a pencil liner. It lines your eyes to create a thicker lash line and make your lashes look more volumized. It's also used to make your eyes seem bigger.

My favourite is Liner Express by Maybelline.

3) Black eye kohl

In the real world, you can also use liquid liner, like mentioned before, but on Stardoll it creates a smudged effect perfect for enlarging the eyes.

The one that  use is Benefit BAD gal waterproof, because it has a small sponge on the end for smudging

4) Black eye shadow

I don't use this every day, but on Stardoll we can exaggerate and use this to enlarge the eyes of our medoll.

I like the Lancome color design eye shadow as it is very bold and perfect for smoky eyes

5) In real-life, I suggest transparent lip-gloss

I like the Make-up forever's line of lipglosses

On stardoll, however, since LUXE lipgloss costs 24 SD (!!!), my advice is to choose the lips I put on my medoll, as they already look glossy and don't worry about different lipsticks for different colours, there's a whole color palette on the bottom to choose from!

Also, don't forget, you can take advantage of the free feautures on Stardoll, like the lip color (as mentioned above), cheek color, hair color and eye color.

With the cheeks, you can add freckles and change the color and opacity

I hope you enjoyed my legthy list.
Until next time...

What I'd love to see on Stardoll for 2012

Welcome to TalkStardollBeauty! This is my second post and I'd like to talk about what I'd like Stardoll to release for 2012.

My first wish is:

Make-up brushes-

And it's because in real-life, different types of brushes are used for different things, for example when you want to apply something little on the outer corner of the eye or just add little patterns, it's easier to use smaller brushes. Or when you need a big stroke, a bugger brush is easier to use. You get my point-we want make-up brushes.

My second wish is:

Cheaper make-up-

Has anyone been to LUXE? Have you all seen the 20+ SD price tags? Hotbuys cost less than that! So Stardoll, hear us out-we need cheaper make-up. Also, remember when Maybelline had a stardoll campaign and was giving out free lipgloss which was the same as the LUXE lipgloss? Lots of Stardoll members bought the LUXE gloss and then found out they were ripped off by this free make-up maybelline was giving out.

And my last and third wish is:

Being able to apply make-up outside the set boundaries

I have read lele1996's recent blog entry about her wishes for 2012 on Stardoll and one of them was to make this kind of eyeliner:

To do this, we should be able to draw however we want with stardoll make-up and not just have to stay 'inside the lines'

But anyways, what are your opinions? What are your wishes? Post in the comments and let me know...
